FEBRUARY’S annual South West classic car event is being expanded to become the all-new Great Western Classic Car Show, sponsored by leading insurance firm Footman James.

The revamped exhibition will take place across the weekend of February 11-12 at Somerset’s Royal Bath & West Showground, and will include an additional heated marquee, a huge outdoor autojumble, more classic cars on display inside and in the popular classic car park, plus a final-day sale of vintage vehicles from auctioneer Charterhouse.

Head of the event Andy Kitchen said: “We can’t wait for our first show of 2017 which will be even bigger and better thanks to even more trade stands and displays from clubs and private entries.”

Expansion of the event comes on the back of a successful 2016 for the organiser, particularly with the year’s final event in November – The Footman James Classic Vehicle Restoration Show – which attracted a record crowd and trader numbers.

Advance discount tickets for the Footman James Great Western Classic Car Show are now on sale, with a one-day adult ticket costing just £8 if bought online or over the phone before the event. Get more details on the EVENT PAGE.
